A Million “Thanks” From FCM Sponsored Children

The photo, above, shows some of the Fullness in Christ Ministries (FCM) sponsored children in the Philippines. These children, along with a few parents, gathered to say thank you to God and to their sponsors. Their lives have been changed because of the generosity of their sponsors. Below is a note, received yesterday, from the pastor of these children. We hope it blesses you as it has us:

“Thank You, God, for this opportunity to say a million thanks to the FCM family. You are a great partner in reaching these children and youth for the Lord. Seeing them happy and enjoying what FCM does for these children brings me awe in His grace, knowing you are all there for them, to support them in any every way. Glory to God for that! I have seen their sufferings, struggles, in lack, discouragement and family problems, and even, sometimes, when there is no food to eat in their homes. Praise be to God, I’ve seen also their growth in the Lord and how God gave them strength to go on. Really, they said, without your help to sustain them in school, they could not have made it. God really uses you all. He really is a Great Provider.” From Pastors Alex and Tonette Larozza.

You might sometimes wonder if your sponsorship of a child really makes a difference. What can such a small amount really do when the need is so great? All that is needed to reassure you is to ask one of them. They will tell you how you have given them hope for the future. You have made it possible for them to go to school when there was no way. How they now go to school with all their school supplies, which never happened before, and how they have a pair of new shoes for the first time in their lives. Does your sponsorship really make a difference? Just ask and they will tell you.

There are many children in the Philippines who need a sponsor. Sponsorship changes lives, not only for the children, but in many cases, for the child’s family, as well. Everywhere we go in the Philippines, children come to us or to their pastors and ask if they can be “FCM Kids.” You can be part of giving hope to some very poor children in the Philippines. Your gifts change young lives forever. To learn more about what it means to be a sponsor to a child in the Philippines, go to this Fullness in Christ Ministries’ website link.

The end of the year holidays are soon approaching. Please consider giving an end of year tax deductible gift to FCM. You can honor Jesus at this season by giving to help to change young lives. If you would like to make a tax-deductible contribution to Fullness in Christ Ministries, just click on this Make A Donation link. God bless you for blessing the poor!

About kathybohlin

I am passionate about helping poor children in Philippines come to Jesus, get an education and become all God created them to be. Right now our ministry (Fullness in Christ Ministries) helps over 1,200 of the poorest of the poor children in the Philippines. They are overseen by 28 national pastors whom we consider trustworthy and competent. There is accountability. I am single and contented with that. Also I want everyone to know how wonderful Jesus is!!
