The beautiful girls that you see in the photo below are some of our Fullness In Christ Ministries (FCM) sponsored college students in the Philippines. They are (left to right) Rose Marie, Negha, Chenee and Joy. They come from poor families and would never have been able to get an education without the help of FCM sponsors. They were excited when they were taken to the mall and allowed to choose, along with their required school supplies, their own back packs and other personal items for the new school year.
God is already at work in their lives, as you will see in the comments below:
Chenee – “Hello guys! I’m one of the new sponsored students this school year and I am truly grateful. All we have is a loving mother who works so hard to support us in our studies. I am also a new believer in Jesus Christ, yet I committed to attend a two-day ‘Encounter with God’ seminar, along with the other youths in our church. It was an experience like never before and I was truly blessed. Now my goal is to also win my family over to believing in God. I also want to thank you for sponsoring my new school things and uniform. May God bless you!”
Joy – is also one of the new sponsored students this year – a college freshman. She is thankful for this rare privilege to have someone to help with the cost of her studies. A few days ago we went to one of our malls here and we let her choose her own school shoes, notebook and bag. She was so happy. Their classes have already started and she is determined to pursue and obtain a higher education with flying colors. God bless you FCM
Thank you for your support for young people like these college girls. Your support makes a big difference in their lives, more than we can ever realize. This school year FCM sponsors 133 college students in the Philippines, more than ever before. None of them would be in college without financial help. What a blessing it is to be a part of God’s plans for them.
Everywhere we go in the Philippines, children come to us or to their pastors and ask if they can be “FCM Kids.” If God leads you to help, you will be blessed whether you sponsor a child or help feed a child.
