A FCM Sponsored Child’s Life: The Story of Gonzalo

Gonzalo’s life has completely changed since he became sponsored by FCM.

Meet Gonzalo, age 7. He is so happy that he is sponsored by Fullness in Christ Ministries (FCM). He loves going school and, even at his young age, he knows he can go to school because of the help from his sponsor. His parents are poor and they cannot pay his requirements for school.

He wanted to express his thanks and sent a letter that was written with some help. Here is what he said:

Dearest Sponsor, I’m Gonzalo Jr. I am sending you a letter. I wanna say thank you so much for your monthly support in going to school every day. I am the first winning place in on the spot drawing during district level talent quest. I have a Certificate of Recognition Award. Thanks to God he gave me a talent like this. I am 3rd honor in my class. God bless you always and advance Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Gonzalo

This blessed us as I am sure it does you. It is because of you, the Partners, Sponsors and Friends of this ministry, that we can help children like Gonzalo. Without your help he could not go to school and would repeat the poverty of his family. Thank you for making this blessing possible.

When a sponsor, a local pastor, and FCM combine efforts, they help children reach their potential and fulfill the purpose God has for them. Don’t ever think what you give doesn’t make a difference. You can be part of giving hope to children like Gonzalo. We need people to give to feed hungry children and to support orphans and widows. We need more sponsors to send uneducated children to school. Your gifts change young lives forever. About kathybohlin

I am passionate about helping poor children in Philippines come to Jesus, get an education and become all God created them to be. Right now our ministry (Fullness in Christ Ministries) helps almost 900 of the poorest of the poor children in the Philippines. They are over seen by 24 national pastors whom we consider trustworthy and competent. There is accountability. I am single and contented with that. Also I want everyone to know how wonderful Jesus is!!
