You Can Have An Impact on the Lives of Starving Children

Starving children, with containers in hand, wait to receive their one good meal of the day.

The children, like those shown in the photo above, who live at a garbage dump site in the Philippines have potential, just like all children. They need an education, which they are not getting. They need good nutrition, which they don’t have. They need Jesus to live in their hearts.

These children have to scrape for everything, even the food they eat. The pastor, who ministers at the dump site, recently told of seeing some of them digging moldy food out of the trash to eat. It broke his heart.

When the children see the pastor and helpers coming, they know they will get some good food to eat, not moldy food from the trash. Thank you Partners, Sponsors and Friends for giving donations, so that food can be put in the containers, that the children bring with them, so that they can receive their meal.

Don’t ever think what you give doesn’t make a difference. It is true that we don’t have resources to feed every hungry child in the Philippines, but we can help some of them and that makes a difference to those we can help. Don’t ever think what you give doesn’t make a difference.

Your investment in the lives of the children is producing good returns in their lives. Thank you!!!! If you are interested in investing in the life of a very poor child, let me know or check out the Fullness in Christ Ministries website at http://fullnessinchristministries.org.

About kathybohlin

I am passionate about helping poor children in Philippines come to Jesus, get an education and become all God created them to be. Right now our ministry (Fullness in Christ Ministries) helps almost 900 of the poorest of the poor children in the Philippines. They are over seen by 24 national pastors whom we consider trustworthy and competent. There is accountability. I am single and contented with that. Also I want everyone to know how wonderful Jesus is!!
